A lot of the same weapons are still the strongest, Teliths greatsword, Lemurian daggers/axe/spear black ice broadsword etc. Armors though right now for agility builds it's easily the Skelos Master Cultist. 40% agility bonus damage and 50% follower increased damage. Yes, before you can get some good armorers and some legendary armor-sets, you need make it with spiced food/tea. Tea in my opinion is better than firewater making your thirsty afterward.
