FO4FI FPS Fix should have been near the bottom of your load, and ideally run without Boston FPS, since they both do the same thing - add precombines back. One note though, I couldn't travel to far harbor using the aio and only used the automatron version.I see that the fix is from 2015, so probably a 3Dmigoto update can improve the fps.
