May 28, 2019 · So I completed a transfer of billing responsibility online. We had four lines, 3 phones and a tablet. None of the lines are under contract. Everything went well, our plan even transferred although it isn't offered now. The only problem is at the end of the transfer it said that my mother's line wasn't transferred.
