May 15, 2021 at 4:03 PM. most implantations (like over 90%) occur 8-10dpo, and it takes 2-7 days for hcg to be detectable on a test. so 7dpo is super duper early. my earliest bfp was 10dpo and my latest was 20dpo. 1.With DD, I started getting pretty intense breast tenderness/pain around the 6th week, after the nausea/vomiting and BFP.
