My petition date for the I130 was Dec 2022. Processing time went from 4 months, to 3 months, to 2 months, and then jumped up to 8 months last week. I was approved this past weekend. My friend who applied well before me had her case updated to 2 months, and still isn't approved.Update 09/25/2022: The biometrics appointment was fast. In about 15 minutes, they asked for my picture, signature and tell me that USCIS would work on my case for 5 to 9 months from then. Hi, My 485 was transferred from Vermont Service Center to NBC in Lee Summit , MO in May 2020 for speeding up the process , then they used my previous fingerprints in October 2020 and no changes since then.
